Panaprotect enables the collection and recycling of films! Currently operating the collection of separator films.
We would like to introduce our Panaprotect 'ET-R'. We developed this product by placing a water-soluble primer between the substrate PET film and the ET adhesive layer to make it easier to peel off the adhesive layer. We collect the separator film (silicone-coated PET) used by our customers after their process, crush it, and then treat it thermally to fiberize it, which can be reused as insulation material for winter clothing, car floor mats, stuffing for stuffed animals, and more. 【Specifications (partial)】 ■ Adhesion (N/cm) ・ Initial: 0.034 ・ 150℃×2h: 0.092 ■ Water immersion test ・ 23℃×3h: Adhesive layer peeling ・ 60℃×0.5h: Adhesive layer peeling * For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
